My screen of my laptop went completely crazy.

I couldn't use the laptop anymore ... Until suddenly, without changing anything, the screen went normal again ! Ah well I tought, nothing to worry about ...
Then on a weekend I wanted to play a dvd movie on my laptop, and there it was again! Not able to remove it anymore, it was completely broken. I tried to run the Dell Tests to generate an error code, and I got an error @ the video-ram.
I Googled around, and found a post on www.notebookforums.com where somebody who had problems with his inspiron tested voltage. And he had a Shocking voltage on his laptop. I tested my laptop also ... And guess .. 88volt on the screws ...
