Contact with Dell

Replacing VGA-Card

After the weekend I contacted dell by email, offcourse after more then a week no answer, I took the phone and called them. After waiting more then 15 mins, I finally got somebody @ the phone. Explained my problem. And they would replace my Video Card. They would contact me to tell me when dell techics would come to replace my vga card.

Swap laptop ?

Days passes ... And suddenly I get a mail from Dell support.
They want to replace my laptop completely! They even recommend me not to use the laptop anymore!
I called them to arrange the swap. Phew, what a mess there! After a telephone of +1h everything is finally arranged for the swap. The guy at the helpdesk told me they would pick up my laptop Friday, and that they will call me when they will deliver the new laptop.

Friday

In the morning I call the helpdesk to ask if they will really pick up my laptop today. YES YES Sir! Its 16.45 ... I'm waiting waiting waiting ... Still didn't see anybody from UPS/DHL/DELL/... Well lets call them again. Now I got somebody else on the phone. I ask him why they didn't came today. And his answer: Sorry sir, there was NOTHING planned for Friday, they will call you when they will pick up your laptop. I also asked him again: Will they first pick up my laptop ? Or will they first deliver new one. This one says they will send me a new one first. Ok thats good news.

A week passes.

After a week, still no news.
